The staff is always welcoming and they sent up a small gift to thank me for returning. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly. I appreciate this personal touch during my stay.

The room was clean and I loved the courtesy water bottles waiting for us. We spent some quality time at the heated swimming pool and lounged in the garden area after breakfast, which had a lot of delicious options my kids enjoyed. Just a heads up, the bed sheets could use a refresh, but that didn’t take away from our nice stay! 😊

The hotel feels outdated, with worn carpets and damaged curtains. The air conditioning posed a continuous issue, cycling between humid and uncomfortable, and the breakfast buffet didn’t deliver as advertised, leading to unexpected charges. Additionally, the cleanliness of the pool area left much to be desired, and the dining options seemed overpriced compared to nearby restaurants.

the room we got had a weird smell (not great) , but the pool was refreshing , the breakfast included omelets made to order , and the clubhouse sandwich was killer (seriously worth it! ).

Just an optimal selection for strolling around in Mexicali with fantastic value for money. The room was a cool 70 degrees despite the 112-degree heat outside. Make sure to enjoy a meal at the nice restaurant on-site.

Decent stay but some issues

We were at the hotel for 4 nights in a Deluxe Two Beds room. The location’s super convenient, close to everything, which was a big plus. We noticed some noise from neighboring rooms, and the service at the reception wasn’t great. It seemed like they were all having a tough day. The restaurant was decent, though!
